A short walk from the charming and lively medieval village of Serra de’ Conti, among the rolling hills of Verdicchio wine, lies Casale Rocca.
The farmhouse is partly habitable and partly unfinished. It is on three floors.
Although its position is not dominant, the view is spectacular. The village of Serra de’ Conti is there, towering from above as if to protect the property. In the evening, all lit up, it becomes even more magical. All around there are fields cultivated with wheat, sunflowers with a succession of vineyards and olive groves. It gives a feeling of pleasant relaxation.
In the garden of about 1 hectare and 7,000 square meters there are 120 olive trees and two annexes with a wood-burning oven to be restored, of about 180 square meters.
