The exterior is in stone, typical of this area, and bricks. Their combination creates a sort of colors and decorations. Even the ceilings reflect the Marche tradition, in wood and terracotta tiles. Access is excellent. An asphalted country road with little traffic runs alongside one side of the property. A small stretch, about 100 m, of dirt road and you arrive at this authentic property.

The sea of Senigallia, with its renowned "velvet beach," is between 30 and 35 kilometers away, depending on whether you are in the center of Arcevia or one of its small villages.
