Built in 1935 and expertly renovated in 2010, the farmhouse has maintained the charm of the rural houses of the Marche region, thanks to the recovery of the original materials and attention to every detail. The works involved the roof (with original tiles), consolidation of the floors, foundations with igloo and ventilation system, perimeter drainage, and all the interiors. The structure is earthquake-resistant, and the external staircase has been completely rebuilt with supporting columns, which are safer and lighter for the building.

Garden and outdoor spaces

A lush garden of approximately 2,500 m², completely fenced and accessible via an automatic gate, surrounds the property. Here grow olive trees, cherry trees, fig trees, pomegranate trees, plum trees, apricot trees, and mulberry trees, along with ornamental plants that create an intimate and Mediterranean atmosphere. It is the perfect space to read in the shade, cultivate a vegetable garden, or build a swimming pool with panoramic views.
The property concludes with an outbuilding of 120 m², with a working wood-burning oven, currently used as a garage and storage, which offers great possibilities for transformation into an annex or guest space.

The interiors

The house is spread over three levels:

Ground Floor: large tavern of approximately 80 m² with bathroom and a second room of approximately 40 m², currently used as a bedroom with private bathroom.
First Floor: large and bright open-space with peninsula kitchen and wood-burning stove, four double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. The terracotta floors, exposed beams, and original wooden doors recall the authentic soul of the farmhouse.
Habitable attic: a study and a storage room, with provision for an additional bathroom.
All windows are made of wood with double glazing and mosquito nets.
