Surrounded by the harmony of the green and colorful hills of the Marche region, Casale della Vigna is a refined stone farmhouse, expertly renovated in 2019, located about 1 km from the historic center of Maiolati Spontini (AN), in a panoramic and private position.

This country house is located in the picturesque hinterland of Ancona, just 40 km from the capital and 20 km from the lively town of Jesi, rich in services, schools and commercial activities. The sea and Ancona airport are easily reachable in less than half an hour by car, making the property ideal both as a private residence and as a receptive structure.

Accessible via a short stretch of dirt road (approximately 300-400 meters), the farmhouse is surrounded by a private park of about 1.3 hectares, where olive trees in production, fruit trees and lush flowers alternate. The courtyard, entirely fenced, extends for about 3,000 square meters and offers a perfect balance between privacy and outdoor comfort.

Completing the property is a charming guesthouse equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, storage room, wood-fired oven and a large porch overlooking the splendid panoramic reinforced concrete swimming pool (11.5 x 6 m, depth from 1.5 to 3 m), complete with a ladder and diving board. First floor: three bedrooms (two with walk-in closet), former kitchen with fireplace now used as a storage room and a charming bathroom, embellished with original rustic details, such as a sink made from an old manger and exposed wooden beams.
