A short distance from the renowned medieval village of Mondavio is Villa Petra. Access is convenient, from an asphalted road.
The long and fascinating avenue welcomes the visitor to enter. The main entrance to the ground floor is from the large porch.
It consists of an entrance hall, a large built-in kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a Finnish stove that also heats the first floor, and a bathroom with a shower. Also on this floor there is a large garage and 4 storage rooms, one of which is used as a laundry room and the other as an ironing room.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor: 3 bedrooms, (one with a walk-in closet) two bathrooms. On this floor, from the large covered terrace, you can admire the beautiful panoramic view of the Marche hills.

From there the sunset is spectacular and it offers a wide panorama.
