A short distance from the historic center of Jesi, among the hills of the Marche region, is Villa Onorato.

We are in the Vallesina area and Jesi is the main centre. The celebrity of this area is Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, one of the greatest native vines in Italy. It is precisely the hills covered with vineyards that welcome the visitor who begins his journey in these places. From Jesi, you can make numerous excursions to discover this area, outside the areas of heavy tourist concentration.

Access to the Villa is via an asphalted road with little traffic, and as soon as you enter the garden the view enchants the eye.
The courtyard measures approximately 6,000 meters, completely fenced, where it is possible to build a swimming pool. There is an olive grove with 80 plants and fruit trees of various kinds.

The house is in its raw state.
The attics were redone, some of which were vaulted using old terracotta tiles. Truly spectacular. Others are made of fine wood.
Roof, where a magnificent pocket terrace allows a breathtaking view, hoops in the doors, reinforced plaster, ventilated crawl space on the ground floor, anti-seismic design are the works carried out.

The villa was designed to create a hospitality business but can also be transformed into a prestigious residence. Another use can be that of two families thanks to its easily divisible shape.

Not far from the villa there is a large annex, currently used as a warehouse. It can be used to serve the property, perhaps even through a connection between the two bodies, or its volume can be moved to another position.

Jesi is located in the province of Ancona, in the Marche region. The city is a treasure trove of history, art, culture in the middle of the hills, halfway between the sea and the mountains. The beautiful city walls are among the best preserved in the region. It is situated in the lower valley of the river Esino and is the most important city of Vallesina. This area is characterized by a series of historic villages, surrounded by walls and rich in culture and museums, which stretch over the hills; they are the so-called "Castles of Jesi". The celebrity of this area is linked to Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, one of the largest native vines in Italy. The sea of Senigallia is 20 kilometres away.
