Villa Moderna was built and completed in 2010. The structure is anti-seismic, in reinforced concrete, as is the 10.5×5.5 swimming pool with infinity skimmer, renovated just a year ago. The Villa is located among the hills of the Marche region, a short distance from the medieval village of Cingoli, about 15 kilometers.
Internally it is characterized by large spaces, made very bright by large windows overlooking the porch and the pool area.
The ground floor consists of a large open space living area, with a modern peninsula kitchen and a lovely sitting room overlooking the garden. There is also a guest bathroom. On the mezzanine floor there are 3 large bedrooms (2 of which are doubles and one single), one of which has an en suite bathroom and wardrobe. Finally there is a third bathroom, shared between the other two bedrooms.
From this floor there is internal access to the upper floor, where there is currently a lounge/TV area, 3 other large rooms and a bathroom with shower. The basement of approximately 100 m2 with automatic door, always accessible from inside, is currently used as a games room equipped with billiards, table tennis and table football but can be used as a garage (two parking spaces). Also in the basement we have a room used as a small gym, a laundry area and a large 50 m2 cellar/storage room useful for storing swimming pool and garden equipment.
The underfloor heating is with a condensing boiler, there is a 4-zone hot-cold air conditioning system.
The garden surrounding the house is flat and completely fenced and lit. In addition to the swimming pool there is also a small volleyball court. The 28 olive trees and other ornamental plants give this beautiful modern villa a more traditional Marche character.

DISCOVER Cingoli

Cingoli is located in the Marche region between two provinces, Macerata, to which it belongs, and Ancona. The charming medieval village sits on the top of Mount Circe and is characterized by a rich naturalistic and historical-architectural heritage. Thanks to its panoramic position it is called the "Balcony of the Marche" and is among the most beautiful villages in Italy and in the Orange Flag Club. From here you can admire a large part of the Marche region which allows you to see, on the clearest days, the sea and Monte Conero.
