This beautiful and particular property consists of 2 stone farmhouses, a swimming pool and a hectare of land.
The location is close to the charming village of Apiro, and within a small hamlet, consisting of other typical farmhouses of the Marche. The main building has been recently and completely renovated with high level seismic systems, and in keeping with the original farmhouses of the region Marche. Apiro stands on a hill at the foot of Monte San Vicino in the province of Macerata, in the region of Marche. From here it is possible to admire a splendid panorama that ranges from the high peaks of the Gran Sasso and the Maijella. Its historic center, is rich in works of art, it is fortified by castle walls. Given its location it is very easy to reach some of the most beautiful and attractive cities of Marche, such as Senigallia, Ancona, Macerata, Cingoli and many others. Its position close to the sea makes it the ideal place for nature lovers: Lake Castreccioni it is only 6 km away, as well as many nature trails for trekking lovers.
