Casale Silenzio rises just 10 km from Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage city of rare beauty, immersed in a gentle and unspoiled landscape.
Here, stone and brick tell the story of more than a century of life. In the early 1900s, the house was moved and rebuilt using the same 19th-century materials, respecting the light, the land, and the original spirit of the place.

It is reached by a 400-meter white road that winds through small hamlets, slowly leading to the absolute peace of the countryside. A fenced garden of about 3,000 sqm shelters centuries-old trees, a vegetable garden, and a generous orchard: plums, apricots, figs, greengages, pears, apples, and blackberries. Cedars of Lebanon, cypresses, larches, and hawthorn embrace the house in a green haven, creating a retreat where time seems to stand still.

The sun lights up every side of the farmhouse throughout the day, filtering through the foliage and creating ever-changing atmospheres.
Inside, the ground floor hosts a bright dining room with a built-in kitchen, fireplace, and a handcrafted Tyrolean stove. There is also a bathroom with shower, a cozy living room, and a study enriched with brick arches.
Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms – one with a fireplace – and a high, airy attic, perfect as additional living space or storage.

The finishes and materials speak of tradition: terracotta floors, exposed beams, restored antique doors, wooden window frames with double glazing and shutters. The roof was redone in 2002, and the façade was sandblasted to reveal the original stone and brickwork.

The property features a private well, municipal water, gas heating with underground tank, a large stable, and a septic dispersion system. The surrounding land, cultivated with organic methods, ensures a healthy and pure environment.
