The farmhouse was tastefully renovated in 2010, maintaining the typicality of the Marche tradition. The location is excellent, very panoramic, easy to access, good privacy, not isolated. The beach of Senigallia is 16 kilometers away
An entrance hall, living room, kitchen with veranda, a sitting room with fireplace, two bedrooms, bathroom and closet make up the ground floor, where a new underfloor heating system has been installed.
