Casale Acquarello is made up of 4 welcoming apartments.It is immersed in an uncontaminated landscape: it is located in the heart of the Marche countryside, on a natural terrace overlooking the sunset, towards the Apennines.The surrounding soft and sinuous hills, covered with fields of wheat and sunflowers, offer unique and unforgettable moments.
Each apartment has its own private outdoor space, porch or gazebo.In the garden you can cool off in the swimming pool or in the barbecue area.
The property, completely fenced, consists of two separate units with independent entrance and has large outdoor spaces.
In the main house there are three apartments.They all have a living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom.The largest is on two levels with four bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.The bedrooms retain the original floors of the house and have ceilings with exposed beams.From each room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.The remaining apartments are located on the ground floor.
Outside there is a large porch furnished with sofa and armchairs, to spend pleasant evenings relaxing and a loggia overlooking the swimming pool which can be accessed from the kitchen.The loggia is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, a stone’s throw from the swimming pool, surrounded by nature.
The fourth apartment is in the annex and consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, two bathrooms.
The property is reached via a short unpaved access road.
Excellent starting point for pleasant walks in the Marche hills.The San Bartolo and Furlo natural parks are easily reachable.As well as the Adriatic coast, with its numerous beaches and the main art cities such as Urbino, Pesaro, Fano, Senigallia.The nearby historic villages, such as Mondavio, are about 4 kilometers away.

DISCOVER Terre Roveresche

Terre Roveresche is located in the Marche, in the province of Pesaro-Urbino. It is a town born, in 2017, from the merger of four small medieval villages of Barchi, Orciano di Pesaro, Piagge and San Giorgio di Pesaro. Barchi is the smallest of the four municipalities. Piagge is the northernmost municipality as well as the closest to the sea and the town of Fano. San Giorgio is the second town by population and extends between the municipalities of Piagge and Orciano while the most populated village is Orciano whose seat is the town hall. Terre Roveresche straddles the valleys of Metauro and Cesano, places rich in history and tradition.
