The house is located near the town of Ostra Vetere in a private but very easy to reach position. It can be reached from an asphalted municipal road. The journey time to get to the town, where there are shops, schools and various services, is five minutes by car. The panorama offers a wide and relaxing glimpse of the Sibillini mountains and the surrounding villages. Do not miss the pleasant view of the hills that characterizes the hinterland of the Verdicchio wine areas. The structure is in the rough stage, it was rebuilt from an old ruin and now the finishing touches are missing to be able to live in it. The renovation of the house dates back to 2013.
