Casa Gallery

PARTICULAR SIGNS

Located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Arcevia, Casa Gallery is a unique residence, built in the 1950s by the celebrated architect Cipolloni, known for his innovative and original approach to design. Cipolloni, renowned for his style that harmoniously blends tradition and modernity, designed this villa with a bold vision, transforming it into a living work of art. His ability to interpret space and light has given life to a house that, while being an example of modernity, integrates perfectly into the historical context of the village.

When Casa Gallery was built, it was a true revolution: a villa with an extravagant and sophisticated design, which continued to arouse wonder for its innovation. Even today, its architecture continues to enchant, with a charm that transcends time and captures anyone who has the pleasure of crossing its threshold.

Entering the house is a spectacular experience: it feels like entering a theatre, a cinema, or a luxury cruise ship. A majestic staircase opens before you, with a large porthole offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the rooftops of the village. The materials used, still modern and fascinating today, include precious herringbone parquet and turquoise tiles, which together create a floor of rare beauty. Every corner of Casa Gallery was designed by Cipolloni himself, including the custom-made furniture, which gives the house a unique and unrepeatable atmosphere. Walking through its spaces, it feels like taking a journey into the heart of design.

The house is spread over three floors. On the first floor, the entrance leads to a small sitting room, a kitchen, a dining room, a study, a bathroom, and a large living room dominated by an imposing sculptural fireplace. The light entering from all the windows creates plays of light and shadow that seem to project the guest into another dimension, where the garden blends perfectly with the interior environment, creating an atmosphere of continuity between inside and outside.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, and a storage room, all designed to offer comfort and functionality without ever sacrificing aesthetics.

The semi-basement floor is a further space of great charm, with a spacious tavern equipped with another large fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, technical room, storage room, and garage. An ideal area for living and entertaining, but also for retreating into total relaxation.

Part of the ground floor is currently used as offices, rented by the same owner, an interesting opportunity for those who want a separate area for professional activities.

The electrical and plumbing systems were updated in the 1990s.

One of the most surprising aspects of Casa Gallery is its garden, a rarity in the historic center of Arcevia. This enchanting outdoor space not only guarantees privacy and a spectacular view, but also includes a wood-fired oven, a barbecue, and a greenhouse. The latter, although currently unused, offers enormous potential to be transformed into a personal space or a dream green corner.

Casa Gallery is not simply a house, it is a piece of history and design, a place where the art of architecture and the enchantment of the village meet in perfect harmony. A unique opportunity for those seeking something extraordinary, where every detail tells a story of beauty, elegance, and innovation.
