Once the summer residence of Cardinal Pianetti, today this magnificent estate has been reborn as a refuge of peace and harmony, just outside the medieval village of Arcevia and in the heart of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Natural Park.

A Mediterranean park of about 3.7 hectares surrounds the estate with olive trees, mixed woodland, centuries-old trees, and an explosion of colors: in spring, wild cyclamens and rare orchids bloom, creating a fairy-tale atmosphere. At the center of this enchantment, the large panoramic swimming pool (12 x 13 m) is the perfect place to recharge and admire the landscape, surrounded by the silence of the hills and the scent of nature.

The Villa

Carefully renovated in 1999 and updated in 2019, the villa combines elegance and modern comfort. Traditional style meets cutting-edge technologies: underfloor heating, heat pump, high-quality German fixtures, and refined finishes.
Arranged on two levels, the villa can be divided into independent units thanks to the external staircase.

Ground floor: 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, WC, 20 m² terrace, and access to the cellar

Upper floor: 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, two 22 m² terraces, attic, and 2 independent apartments with kitchenette

The ancient oak-beam roof adds warmth and authenticity, while the fireplaces (three in total, plus one for heating) enrich the atmosphere.

The Chapel

Next to the villa, the ancient chapel with electrical connection can be transformed into a fascinating living space. Nearby, a large 50 m³ cistern collects rainwater for irrigating the park, equipped with a pump system and 10 distribution points.

The Villino

The sea of Senigallia, with its renowned "velvet beach," is between 30 and 35 kilometers away, depending on whether you are in the center of Arcevia or one of its small villages.
