Just a few minutes from the charming medieval village of Palazzo, in the territory of Arcevia, opens a landscape that enchants: rolling Marche hills chasing each other on the horizon, fields breathing to the rhythm of nature, wide skies and ancient silences. It is here that Casale Fonte stands, an authentic farmhouse, completely to be restored, but already rich in stories and promises.

In a secluded position, the farmhouse enjoys a magnificent exposure: on one side, the view opens onto the soft Marche hills, orderly and harmonious, dotted with olive groves, cultivated fields and small woods. On the other side, the first more mountainous heights rise, with sharper profiles and an increasingly wild landscape, which gives a feeling of peace and tranquility.

Casale Fonte bears a name that already tells its soul: a large well with a still active spring testifies to its ancient self-sufficiency. Here people lived off the land and with the land. Not surprisingly, this was the old village oven: within these walls, bread was kneaded and baked that fed not only the house, but the entire surrounding area. Even today, entering, you seem to smell its fragrance.

The farmhouse is spread over two floors, for a total area of approximately 200 square meters:

On the ground floor there are the old stables, complete with the original stone mangers, storage rooms, closets and the old wood-burning oven, the authentic heart of the house.
On the first floor, the living area: a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, simple but full of potential environments.
Made in part with local stone, beautiful and alive, with warm shades that light up in the light of the sunset, Casale Fonte retains all the rural identity of the area.

The land surrounding the property is approximately 1.7 hectares, comfortable and accessible, ideal for vegetable gardens, gardens, spaces for animals, hospitality for tourists or small crops.
