Nestled among the gentle hills of the Marche region, Casale Florae stands just a few minutes from Corinaldo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, renowned for its perfectly preserved medieval walls and the timeless charm of its historic streets. Only 20 kilometers away lies Senigallia, with its famous “Velvet Beach,” a long stretch of fine golden sand that makes this lively town a favorite destination both in summer and winter.

Immersed in the quiet of the countryside and surrounded by fields of sunflowers and alfalfa, the estate enjoys a private and secluded position while remaining easily accessible thanks to its private white road.

Casale Florae extends over approximately 365 sqm, with two outbuildings of about 45 sqm and 75 sqm.
Part of the house, completely renovated in 2021, hosts three refined bedrooms, each with private bathroom and shower. One of them also features a romantic balcony overlooking the hills.

The other part of the residence includes a rustic-style kitchen with working fireplace and terracotta floor, a pantry, a spacious living room with bar corner, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, laundry, utility room, and a second bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bright relaxation area, two large double bedrooms, and another bathroom with bathtub.

In 2021, several systems were upgraded, the electrical panel (with two separate meters) was redone, and a new hydraulic line was added. The roof was refurbished in 2003, and the structure was consolidated with a resin injection system under the foundations.

The exteriors

A garden of about one hectare, dotted with fruit trees (pomegranate, lemon, plum, pear, peach), a few olive trees, and flower beds of lavender and rosemary, surrounds the house. There is a working well with abundant water, a jacuzzi, and a large sunny porch. Rainwater drainage has already been arranged, and a collection cistern is under construction.

The outbuildings

The first outbuilding, already partially renovated and featuring an original late 19th-century Dutch door, is set up to become a small apartment (foundations, systems, and mezzanine already in place).
The second outbuilding is a former tobacco drying house, currently used as a garage and woodshed, which can be restored or rebuilt.

Casale Florae represents an excellent solution both as a hospitality business and as an exclusive private residence, thanks to its well-distributed spaces and privileged location.

DISCOVER Corinaldo

On a hill with panoramic views from all sides, stands the charming medieval village of Corinaldo, in the province of Ancona, in the Marche region. It is recognized and awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (Orange Flag). The remarkable walls, dating back to the 14th century, contain valuable sacred buildings inside. It is wine land (known as its Verdicchio). The sea of Senigallia is 20 km.
