Casa Armonia is located between Senigallia and Morro d’Alba, nestled in the rolling hills of the Marche region that stretch towards the sea like an embrace. The area is of authentic beauty, perfect for those seeking tranquility and nature. The property is surrounded by three hectares of land. Part of the land is woodland, ideal for firewood.

In the flat garden, which welcomes and invites relaxation, fruit trees, centuries-old olive trees and trees of all kinds are harmoniously arranged. Here, each season gives off scents and colors, transforming the space into a little corner of paradise, where nature tells its story.
The house is on two floors.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room and a bathroom.

First floor: hallway, three bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The interiors combine tradition and modernity: the floors, partly recovered in old Marche terracotta and partly new, give a rustic and comfortable charm.
In 2005, major renovations were carried out. The floor on the ground floor has been redone with a ventilated crawl space system. The foundations have been consolidated, the roof renovated and the electrical system updated. Even the wooden doors, typical of the Marche tradition, have been recovered and restored.

The heating system is powered by pellets or wood, thanks to a fireplace that not only heats the rooms, but also provides hot water and powers the radiators.

Next to the house, we find a completely renovated annex. It is currently used as a billiard room, but can easily be transformed into a studio or any creative space desired. A pergola with a wood-burning oven completes the exterior, perfect for outdoor dinners on hot summer days.

A short distance from the house, two further annexes act as a garage and warehouse, offering ample space for all practical needs.
