Magic reigns in this enchanted place. Along a country road, surrounded by vineyards and with a breathtaking view, you reach Casa Bicocca.

As soon as you enter the flat garden, you are immediately fascinated by the enchanting view of the village of Corinaldo, known and awarded by several associations, including the most beautiful villages in Italy, orange and green flag for agriculture.

The house to be completely restored has a different shape from the traditional Marche country houses and the graceful external staircase creates an original and elegant touch.

The house is spread over two levels:

on the first floor, large living room with traditional fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. The entire floor on this floor is in original antique terracotta. The materials, as well as the doors and window frames, can be recovered, thus recreating a more authentic atmosphere and style.
An internal staircase leads down to the basement, where there are some storage rooms with a second fireplace, warehouse, garage and a large cellar.

The annex, measuring 40 m2, can be transformed into an outbuilding to host friends or tourists who are so in love with our pristine and colorful hills.
The location is strategic, among the hills, excellent privacy, a stone’s throw from Corinaldo and close to the sea.

Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of art, the Frasassi Caves, delightful medieval villages nestled between the hills of the Marche region full of charm and colors and the Adriatic coast.

DISCOVER Corinaldo

On a hill with panoramic views from all sides, stands the charming medieval village of Corinaldo, in the province of Ancona, in the Marche region. It is recognized and awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (Orange Flag). The remarkable walls, dating back to the 14th century, contain valuable sacred buildings inside. It is wine land (known as its Verdicchio). The sea of Senigallia is 20 km.
