The house, renovated in the 1980s, was inhabited until 2024 and is solid, well-maintained, and full of potential.

The house is on two levels:
On the ground floor, we find the main house:
an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The interiors retain the original materials of the time, such as the terrazzo floors, which give a nostalgic touch, and the typical Marche shutters. The double-glazed windows ensure good insulation and greater living comfort. The entire floor enjoys wonderful natural light and open views of the hills and the village, offering suggestive views in every season.

In the basement, a series of rooms used as storage and utility rooms offer extra space for hobbies, tools, a cellar, or any future projects.
