Nestled in the quiet and timeless beauty of the Marche hills, just minutes from the charming village of Poggio San Marcello, lies Casa Bellavista, a property that enchants from the first glance.

It is reached by traveling about 2 km on a dirt road, during which the countryside becomes increasingly intimate, silent, and authentic. We are in the heart of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi territory, a white wine famous throughout the world, produced in these generous and welcoming lands. Around, villages rich in history, genuine trattorias, markets, local events, and all the warm hospitality of the Marche region. In less than half an hour you can reach the golden beaches of Senigallia, while the wonderful bays of Monte Conero are about 50 minutes away by car. To the west, the mountains invite you to excursions, walks, and days out.

Casa Bellavista is surrounded by 5 hectares of private land, where there is a productive vineyard, 75 olive trees, fruit trees, and flowering corners of extraordinary beauty. A perfect little world for those who dream of producing their own wine and oil, or simply living in contact with nature.

The house was completely renovated in 1998, carefully preserving original details that tell its story.
On the ground floor there is a bright kitchen, a large living room with dining area, a bathroom, a cellar, and two covered porches, ideal for outdoor lunches, moments of relaxation, or summer evenings under the stars. In the kitchen on the ground floor there is a wood stove and in the living room a storage fireplace.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a romantic retreat, embellished with a fireplace that gives warmth and atmosphere, as well as having a spacious private bathroom and a comfortable walk-in closet.
The floor is completed by three other bedrooms and a second bathroom, also large and private.
Both bathrooms have electric heating, ideal for comfort in every season.
The period grit floors, wooden beams, and terracotta tiles recall the authenticity of traditional country houses.

In the well-kept and fragrant garden there are two outbuildings: the first, of about 50 square meters, used as a garage and warehouse; the second, of about 34 square meters, houses a traditional wood-burning oven, a storage room, and other useful spaces.

The house is equipped with a 3.28 kW photovoltaic system and heating is guaranteed by hot/cold splits on both floors and two wood stoves, one per floor. The fireplace in the master bedroom adds a touch of intimacy and warmth on winter days.

Casa Bellavista offers absolute privacy and is perfect as a private home, holiday home, or residence to rent to foreign tourists. There is also the possibility of building a swimming pool. The land, in terms of extension and quality, is also ideal for starting a small agricultural business, even just for personal passion.

The first services – shops, bars, pizzeria, pharmacy – are about 10 minutes away, while the beaches and the mountains are easily reachable by car.

DISCOVER Poggio San Marcello

Poggio San Marcello is a small town in the province of Ancona, 20 km from Jesi, and is one of its castles, the so-called "Castelli di Jesi". The town is in the classic Verdicchio zone an area that produces DOC "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi". Surrounded by castle walls, it is a welcoming village. It rises on a hill on the left bank of the Esino river. It is about 18 kilometers from Jesi.
