Casa Pino was completely rebuilt in 2005 according to anti-seismic criteria and is equipped with all comforts: double glazing, mosquito nets, roof insulation, and LPG heating, as well as a cozy fireplace in the kitchen that warms the environment in the colder seasons.

Thanks to the external staircase, it is possible to divide the house into two independent apartments, making it perfect for two families or for those who want to live in one part of the house and rent out the other.

Currently, the house is composed as follows:

Ground floor: cellar, woodshed, various service rooms (storage rooms), a bathroom, a large storage room, and a garage.
First floor (also accessible via an internal staircase): kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a convenient storage room.
Outside, the garden of approximately 8,000 square meters offers an ideal space for moments of relaxation and conviviality outdoors. The adjacent house, belonging to the same owner, makes it easy to split the garden to obtain greater privacy.
