CASA AFFRESCO– HISTORIC PALACE IN THE HEART OF ARCEVIA
In the authentic heart of Arcevia, within its charming medieval village and just a stone’s throw from the main square, lies this elegant historic palace. Arcevia is a place that surprises with its understated beauty: stone alleys, noble palaces, glimpses that open onto a gentle and unspoiled natural landscape. The sea can be reached in about 30 minutes, while the mountains behind complete a harmonious and charming landscape.

THE PALACE – CASA AFFRESCO
Casa Affresco owes its name to the evocative frescoes present in various rooms, elements that give character and uniqueness to the residence. The vaulted ceilings, charming floors, and architectural details tell the story of a palace that retains its elegance intact.
The entrance is striking: marble and palladiana flooring guide the eye towards the grand staircase leading to the main floor. The ensemble is harmonious and well-proportioned, with a welcoming and authentic atmosphere, capable of conveying an immediate sense of home.
On the ground floor, there is the entrance, a technical room, and a storage area.

THE MAIN FLOOR
The floor is organized around a beautiful balcony, a scenic architectural element that fluidly connects the different rooms.
The main living room is spacious and bright, with a fireplace and a decorated vaulted ceiling, an ideal space for entertaining and living in the house. The doors, typical of historic palaces, help maintain the property’s identity.
Next door is a second living room with a frescoed ceiling and decorated ceramic flooring, elegant and refined.
The sleeping area is well-defined and runs along a parquet corridor: here we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, functionally arranged.
Adjacent to the large living room is a spacious room, currently used as an independent apartment, perfect for guests or versatile use.
On the other side of the balcony is the kitchen, connected to a pleasant terrace of about 10 sq m, a cozy and well-kept space, ideal for a small table and plants.
From here, a staircase leads to the upper level.

THE ROOFTOP
The panoramic terrace of about 52 sq m is one of the most fascinating elements of the property. An open and bright space, where the gaze is lost between the sky, the roofs of the village, and the bell towers. A perfect place to create a striking rooftop, enriched with greenery and furnishings, designed for moments of relaxation and conviviality.
