The well-kept garden gathers a beautiful gazebo, barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the colorful hills of the Marche with the possibility of dining by the pool. The property consists of 2 farmhouses that include 7 apartments, two of which can also be used by disabled people. All apartments have a kitchenette with living room, bathroom, bedroom, TV. Some with air conditioning, others with fan. Most also have an exclusive outdoor patio.
The land of about 1 hectare is flat and with excellent exposure.
