Located about 7 km from the charming medieval village of Arcevia — offering services such as bars, restaurants, shops and a pharmacy — Casa Cottage enjoys the total quiet of the surrounding countryside. The lively coastal town of Senigallia is about 40 km away: easy to reach, yet far enough to preserve the unique sense of tranquillity that defines this place.

THE LAND

The true heart of Casa Cottage is its land: around one hectare of lush, flourishing nature forming a green embrace around the house and the pool (built in 2014), positioned in a secluded spot. A small private paradise where the light, colours, and sounds of the countryside create a rare and precious atmosphere.

THE HOUSE

The property consists of two independent apartments, each with a private entrance, developed over two floors and offering wonderful privacy.

The first apartment, on the ground floor, welcomes you with a delightful pergola — an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Inside, a scenographic living room decorated with artistic taste, two bedrooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom.

The second apartment features two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, while on the ground floor you find the living room with kitchen and direct access from the garden. Privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed here as well.

The compact spaces add to the charm of the home: every room is warm, welcoming and intimate — designed to make you feel at home instantly.

ANNEXES AND AMENITIES

The property also includes a small outbuilding, perfect as a storage room or — more poetically — as a creative studio, with a window overlooking the landscape as if made to inspire.

The house is currently heated with two wood-burning stoves; there are no radiators.

In Le Marche, also called the green lungs of central Italy you find the territory of Arcevia with its beautiful countryside and unspoiled wild nature. In the middle of this huge area unfolds The Gola della Rossa Natural Park, an oasis of overwhelming nature. Arcevia, with its nine castles, offers visitors a diverse selection of culture, wellness, and relaxation. The sea of Senigallia, with its renowned "velvet beach," is between 30 and 35 kilometers away, depending on whether you are in the center of Arcevia or one of its small villages.
