Going towards the Fano hinterland, the Marche hills are full of magnificent medieval villages, rich in art and traditions. Casale Decoro is nestled near a small village 26 kilometers from the sea and the lively city of Fano. It was completely renovated in 2009. Many of the old features have been maintained: the terracotta floor in some rooms, the wooden beams and tiles on the ceilings, the ancient entrance staircase. Even the doors with latches have been recovered, typical of the Marche tradition. The parquet, in most rooms, gives a pleasant feeling of warmth. The ground floor consists of two large living rooms, one with a fireplace, laundry room, bathroom and a large kitchen. Thanks to the large windows it guarantees direct access to the garden. A large patio welcomes guests and friends to spend relaxing lunches. The garden is completely fenced and the main gate is set up for automation. Heating is with a pellet stove and LPG tank.
