Authentic, this is the adjective that best describes this fairtale property.  Casale Belvedere was completely restored with particular attention to the origional details of the house.  It has been transformed into a country house.  The tourists more and more love this region where you can enjoy art, culture, the beached, the mountains, sport and relaxation at the same time. On the ground floor there are the communal areas: A large sitting room, an ample dining room, a breakfast room, an industrial kitchen and a bathroom.  The first floor has been divided into 2  independant appartments:  the smaller one has a kitchen, living/dining room with traditional fireplace, 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom.  The larger appartment has a beautiful kitchen a living room with large fireplace, 5 bedrooms, one with mezzanine, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house feels welcoming thanks to the materials used , like the cotto floors, wooden beams and the typical marchigani doors.  In the garden among the colours and perfumes there are various annexes.  There is an independant anexx with a style and flair completely different to the main house.  This piece of the property is very modern in how it is furnished.  Large space and generous windows allow the natural light to illuminate the space.  The openspace area houses the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom complete this large space.  Near to the main house there is an annex used as a storage room, useful for the pool equipment.  A few feet away from this structure there is another space with a roof and open on three sides.  This is used as a summer kitchen space. The swimming pool area is magical with its infinity pool 14x7m with a waterfall and a warm hydromassage pool,  all of this looks out onto the extraordinary marchigani landscape.
