The property is arranged over three levels, plus an attic loft, and has been restored using high-quality materials: warm, elegant wooden floors, exposed beams, and carefully chosen finishes that enhance every space.

The village of Serra de 'Conti lies on the heights of the ‘Valle del Fiume Misa’, in the province of Ancona, the Marche region. Between soft and curving hills, punctuated by parcels of agriculture land with colorful crops. It gives the sight of those who reach it a characteristic and picturesque urban glimpse that only the ancient medieval villages can give.Among the numerous convents that have been built over the centuries in Serra de ’Conti, the Monastery of S. Maria Maddalena still exists. The area is famous for the production of an ancient legume, La Cicerchia, and for the production of Verdicchio wine, “Castelli Di Jesi, one of the largest native vines in Italy.The Sea of Senigallia is 26 km.
