CASALE SENTINELLA – AN INFINITE HORIZON BETWEEN NATURE AND SKY

The name Casale Sentinella (Sentinel House) comes from its privileged position: on the top of a hill, where the landscape seems to never end. Before your eyes opens a harmonious succession of hills with green, golden, honey and brown hues, which descend gently towards the sea. On clear days, a thin blue strip appears on the horizon: the effect is that of a living postcard, made of villages, fields and woods that change color with the seasons.
A perfect setting for those seeking a true, deep, authentic nature — enriched by the 10 hectares of private forest that surround and protect the property, creating an atmosphere of unique tranquility.

The area is that of Arcevia, reachable via about a kilometer of winding, steep and in some places uneven dirt road: a four-wheel drive is recommended. Despite this, two families live nearby all year round, making the area quiet but not completely isolated.

THE CASALE (FARMHOUSE)

Renovated around 2000 in full respect of the Marche tradition, the farmhouse is entirely in local stone, with warm and welcoming environments thanks to the wooden beams, tiles and terracotta floors.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a garage and a storage room.
On the first floor a hallway leads to three bedrooms, one of which is currently used as a living room. One of the bedrooms is very large and has two doors: an ideal space to easily create a fourth bedroom.

Heating is guaranteed by a wood stove that feeds the radiators in the kitchen and living room; there are no radiators in the other rooms. The farmhouse also has a connection to electricity and a connection to water.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The garden of about 5,000 square meters offers endless possibilities to create panoramic relaxation areas, shaded areas, a vegetable garden or spaces dedicated to guests.
The 10 hectares of forest represent a real added value: a territory to be explored, where you can walk, meditate, enjoy the seasonal scents and immerse yourself completely in nature.

About 200 meters from the farmhouse there is a ruin (now only volume), a precious opportunity to build a second home or a guest house surrounded by greenery. From here, on clear days, you can also see the sea.

THE AREA

The territory of Arcevia is loved by those seeking tranquility, authenticity and unspoiled landscapes. Shops, services and restaurants are about 20 minutes away, in the villages of Arcevia and San Lorenzo.

The sea of Senigallia, with its renowned "velvet beach," is between 30 and 35 kilometers away, depending on whether you are in the center of Arcevia or one of its small villages.
