Casa Corte is located in the beautiful hills of the Marche region, in the Castelli di Arcevia area. It’s a portion of a farmhouse and offers a beautiful view. The panorama changes with the seasons, offering different colors and unique emotions.

The garden of about 800 square meters, surrounding the house, is ideal for spending hours of relaxation outdoors. However, if you desire more privacy, it is possible to fence the property, creating an even more intimate corner while maintaining contact with the surrounding nature. Although there is a neighbor, the house next door is uninhabited, so the tranquility of the place is guaranteed. With a simple separation, the property acquires a greater definition, allowing you to enjoy the peace and privacy that this area offers.

Despite its proximity to the road, it’s a low-traffic road, perfect for walks among hills, villages, and unspoiled landscapes. Here you live in harmony with nature, enjoying the serenity of the countryside while maintaining a well-connected position.

The house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is a large warehouse with the old stables, original floors, and animal troughs, which retain the charm of the past and are ready to be renovated and transformed into spaces with great potential. Climbing the covered and glazed external staircase, you reach the first floor, where the entrance leads to the living area, consisting of a dining room with kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The finishes and systems date back to the 1980s, but the house is already habitable. The roof is in excellent condition, and heating is provided by a GPL tank and a fireplace in the dining room.

Shops, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, a pharmacy, schools, and all the main services are located about 15 kilometers away, in the towns of Arcevia or Serra de’ Conti. The beach of Senigallia is 38 kilometers away.
